Derby Fix Fitness

DFF is a roller derby inspired fitness class for men, women, and teens! The class is full of great cardio and some derby-specific techniques. We do not make aggressive contact during this class. It's a great way to get in shape or to begin conditioning for skating with the League! Full gear is required and will be provided by the Warrin' Wrecking Dolls.
